Q: When the item arrived at your final address, we need you to sign it to confirm it.

Q: What's the shipping cost?
A: Shipping rates depends on the package weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company.Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Q: How long will it takes for DHL delivery?
A: DHL Shipping will take 4-7 working days.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Q: How do I place my order using PayPal?

Q: Is price with custom tax included already? Who pay custom tax?
A: No, not included with custom tax in price. Customer need to pay the custom tax if there is any.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We allow returns of items within 30 days of your order date. Just send us an email let us know the reason you want to return the product also the order number. we will provide you a return address and return instruction.

Q: How long is your product warranty?
A: We provide one year's guarantee for all items on our website.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?
