1. Order Processing Time
Ships within 48 hours on working days after received the payment.
All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. When meet holidays or weekends, may have a little bit delay.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email
Diagnostic tools & software HDD/SSD will be tested well before packing.

2. Where can we deliver the package to
We can ship to most countries in the world.
Countries not shipped to include: South Sudan, Palestine.
Click the button on the website of each product then you can see if this product can be delivered to that destination country.
3.Shipping Cost
Shipping rates depends on the package weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We advise to choose the most suitable one for you when place order,there are differences between shipping methods, shipping cost and delivery time. Kindly choose the one you prefer.
The product landing page will display the actual shipping cost of the corresponding country according to your location, If not right, you can also choose your own country.

4.Shipping Options
Our shipping method contains: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, as well as ordinary postal service Hong Kong international small package. Different shipping methods correspond to different shipping times.

3) For express, It's really important for you to provide us with your correct shipping address, contact telephone number, zip code, so that we can delivery the item to you effectively and timely.
4）DHL Shipping: Suitable for customers worldwide, which will take 4-7 working days.
5)For Russia, etc. countries, Yobdii.com may choose EMS as default shipment directly. If you chosen Express shipping or have special requirements, we will notify you via email.

6) Brazil customers notice
If you are Brazil customers, please email us in advance your CPF No, it is essential for shipment and customs clearance.
7) Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

6. Free Shipping
Products marked with the free shipping label on the product page are free shipping, Order Under $200 normally with default shipping standard post.

7. Remote Area
If your address is remote area, there will be extra remote cost (aound 38usd) for the shipment. DHL remote area pls check: http://dct.dhl.com

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please note that the Order delivery address must be the same as the paypal address, we will ship to the paypal address.Please kindly make sure you have provided correct telephone number along with the shipping address, it's very important for delivery. The shipping company needs it to let you know your item arrives at your final address.
Yobdii will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

9. Delivery Process
1. After you place an order, the status will be changed
2. We will email you to confirm shipping information
3. Your parcel will be shipped within 48 hours on working days
4. Shipping company will provide tracking # to us
5. We will send you tracking # via email.

10. Factors that may influence the shipping time
1) Destination. For some remote area and some remote countries, the delivery time is about 1-2 working days longer and you have to pay some extra shipping cost. But EMS, USPS, Singapore Post and E-Packet have no remote area.Please kindly consider!
2）Package Weight. If the package weight is over 21kg, it will need one working day longer of the delivery time than the package under 21kg.Please kindly consider!
3) Stock Status. Usually when your finish the  payment we will arrange shipment in 2 working days, however if  the item you choose is out of stock temporarily we will try our best to speed up the shipment ASAP. Please kindly consider!
4) the harsh weather condition and festival holiday. Sometimes the bad weather condition and festival will influence the shipping time. Please kindly consider!

11. International Shipping Duties & Taxes
Yobdii is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). But please don't worry, We will decrease the declared value to reduce your import tax.

12. Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We provide a 30-Day Returns Service after delivery, If you are not satisfied with the item you bought or change your mind, please contact us for a return shipping address and ship all the items back to us for a refund in their original package.
