Warranty period: Since the date you receive the proudct within one year.
QC: Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified by us. If you have any using problem of the products which buy from us please contact us.
Tech Support: Free online for lifetime.
Hard ware problem: after you contact with our after-sale service we will provide return address and instruction pls send back item to us.
Software problem: we can send the CD or provide you software download link or fix software problem via teamviewer or todesk remote connect by our engineer.
2. Free to update your item and get unlimited technical support.
Once the newest software is coming out, we can send download link or a new CD to you. Besides, you can also send the item back to us and we will update it for you if necessary. They are all free of charge.
When you have some problems occured during application, you can ask us for help. We will help you solve the problem by e-mail, online chat, phone, or remote control(mostly via teamviewer) of our technicians.
