Return Policy

General
Please read and follow the instructions below before you return the items to us. You can also contact our Customer Service, we are always here to help you.
Please make sure you understand our return policy and ensure all criteria are met before actually sending any item back to us.

What items can be returned
1. Mis-Ordered Products:
If you order wrong item by yourself, or you find it is not what you want to order (not quality problem) the item you return need to be brand new.
2. Quality Issue: Our products DON'T work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing customers fail to use it, or otherwise defective. our return policy will be open for you.
3. Non Quality Issues: In some particular situations, our return policy can be open for you after our customer service learning your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.

What items can not be returned
Pls kindly note if the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. But you can return us the item on your cost for repair. We may charge you fee if there is any cost for repair fee.

When you can return item to us
We accept return within 30 days from the receipt of your order to return goods you bought from us.

How to Return the package
Pls reach out to our customer service or send email to sales@yobdii.com let us know the reason you want to return the product also the order number. we will provide you a return address and return instruction. Recommend to use Registered Mail or EMS(ordinary Postal Mail system) to return the parcel, and please only send the items back to the shipping address our Customer Service provides. Please DO NOT use DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT or other courier for shipment, due to strict custom reason we may have chance cannot get the returned parcel with these methods.

Return Cost
(1) When the item is defective, the item was sent in error, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective,It can not work once you receive it. You don't have to pay for shipping. Shipping costs are borne by us.
(2) Mis-Ordered Products: If you order wrong item by yourself, or you find it is not what you want to order (not quality problem) you need to pay the actual shipping cost of the product. If you want to exchange, you need to pay both shipping cost to us and freight to you.
(3) If the item is damaged by yourself needs repair, customer will be responsible for all shipping and maintenance cost.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge for restocking fee.

Warranty
The guarantee of our most products is one year. Before shipping out, all goods have been double checked by Our QC department. We will check for quality, including the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and power adapter plug standard.  


Refund Policy

What Situation we Provides Refund Policy?
Quality Issues:
Our products do not work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing customers fail to use it, in this situation, our refund policy will be open for you.

Transaction Issues:
If you find that the transaction was not completed by you/someone you know, please contact our Customer Service within 12 working hours to cancel the transaction and refund the unauthorized deduction. If over 48 hours, the parcel may send out already, then we have to refund after we get back the items.

Stock Issues:
If product is out of stock, we will send email to check if you want to exchange or get refund.

Item not received:
If products get lost in delivery, or you haven't received your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will contact you for further solution like resend the parcel or refund asap.  

Mis-Ordered Products:
If you ordered wrong item by yourself, or you found it is not what you want to order (not quality problem), We need get back item first then arrange refund for you. Pls understand this.

What Situation DO NOT Provides Refund Policy?

Special Products/Services:
Some products or services are not refundable after they have been provided. Like software download link, software installation service and account service etc.

When Can Get Refund?
Once we receive the products and our staff check all is fine, you will get a confirmation by email. Then your money will be paid back within 3 business days in the same way you made the purchase.
As our staff need to handle tons of parcels, we recommend you can keep an eye on your return and remind us to check your case in time.
If we are on holidays, please allow us process your refund as soon as we get back to work.
